Once again, other projects have consumed my weekend. Perhaps, I’ll try to find time in the midst of the week to write, so this doesn’t happen again. In the meantime, here is a link to a beautiful poem by Wordsworth and a picture I took in my own travels around his home in the Lake District, one of my favorite places in the world. Enjoy.

That’s a stunning photograph, made more so when I noticed the couple on the trail which adds a nice sense of perspective. Thanks for sharing the poem as well, Brett. It’s beautiful, but sad, but beautiful in a quiet still way.
Thanks, Halim! I’m glad you liked the photo. I often turn back to them when I need space or fresh air in a busy life. I’m also glad you liked the poem. It is indeed a very beautiful, sad poem, I think. Have a nice day.
I adore the Lake District, if not the crowds in the late Spring and Summer! I’m also a Wordsworth fan. Gorgeous photo, Brett.
Thanks, Luke! It’s nice to meet a fellow Lake District and Wordsworth fan. And I agree, even though I’ve only gone once, the crowds are something to be wary of, haha. Have a nice day.
